FREIGHT POLICY

Freight and Order Policy

Minimum Order (including out of stock items) is $250 ex GST.
All orders under $250 may incur a $15 ADMIN Fee.

Melbourne Metro

Free delivery for orders over $750 ex GST.
For orders under $750 ex GST a $15 freight charge will apply or freight at cost.
Delivery to a Melbourne Metro freight depot will incur a $15 freight charge

Bellarine and Mornington Peninsula

We will be organising delivery runs for the Bellarine and Mornington Peninsulas during Spring and Summer.
Please go to the Catalogue Page on this website for a copy of the delivery run sheet details and dates.
All orders received before the dates on the run sheets will be delivered free of charge with a value of $1500 ex GST and out of stock items.
For all orders under $1500 ex GST we will subsidise the freight cost and charge only $35 ex GST.
For all orders placed outside these deliveries run dates, freight will be charged at cost.

Interstate and Country Victoria

We canvas several freight companies and websites to get the best rates available.
Freight will be charged at the freight companies rates.
If you would prefer to use your own freight company please contact the office to arrange.
All orders can be arranged to be picked up from our warehouse free of a delivery charge.

For all deliveries made by Belta a minimal $15 freight charge will be added.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Damaged Stock

We take great care in ensuring our items are packed carefully however, sometimes an item will arrive damaged. In this case the damage must be reported within 14 days from invoice date and we will instruct you on how to handle this item. We may replace or credit the item. We do not issue credits on stock broken in your store.

Returns Policy

All returns must be approved. Damaged or faulty goods will only be accepted for return, on approval, if advised within 14 working days of purchase. No returns will be accepted without approval, which MUST be obtained from Belta prior to goods being returned.

Cancellations and Order Changes

For changes to an order sent to us please note that once an order has been processed by our warehouse we cannot accept changes to this order.
